ADOPTION AGREEMENT: G.R.A.C.E. reserves the right to repossess any greyhound not being cared for properly, including but not limited to: not receiving proper and prompt medical attention; being left alone for long periods; without adequate shelter; allowed off lead without the benefit of a fenced yard or fully secured fenced running area.  If for any reason you cannot keep a greyhound adopted through G.R.A.C.E. you are required to return the greyhound to G.R.A.C.E. or obtain permission from G.R.A.C.E. to re-home the greyhound.  Under no circumstances will the greyhound be: sold or given to a pet store, shelter or pound; allowed to be used for research or abandon.

If you adopt a greyhound through our organization, this agreement is considered legal and binding.
