True to my name, I�m a powerful HEMI engine in a small package!!! I think I must look like some guy named �Aw� though, cause that�s what people say when they meet me and I give them kisses. I am a world class kisser. And I�m very smart � not sure what�s wrong with the other greyhounds around here, but the lab and I, well, we can do a perfect �sit� and we like to fetch. We also have a great time playing tug-o-war. Because I�m so full of zest for life, I hope I can find a home with a yard, another dog, and maybe even some of those big �kid� things to play with. Though I am quite the busy bee, I also love to curl up on the sofa when my foster mom isn�t looking. I know I�m not supposed to do that, but I really, really, love a nice nap on the sofa (I don�t take up much room). Otherwise, my house manners are impeccable, and I think the dog door is really cool. All in all, I�m a very fun guy with lots of energy as well as an over abundance of love and kissies to give to my forever family. Hemi�s thoughts on cats: I�m not so sure about these things called �cats�. They look like they want to play, but when I get too close they make the most awful sounds and spit. Mom tells me �no� when I approach them, I think she�s afraid they will hurt me.

Tigger is a big sweet boy! He certainly is a handsome boy and loves to cuddle. While he's learned not to get on the couch, trust me, he would love to be cuddling in your lap. Around here we improvise and just sit in the dog beds as he would snuggle up in your lap thinking he's a 5 pound puppy! Kidder loves toys that squeak, squawk, roll, tumble or just simply look fun. There isn't a toy that he has met that he doesn't love! His favorites are plastic squeakers, but the thin plastic doesn't last long so we moved to thick rubber squeakies. He will play non-stop; tossing, squeaking and wanting you to toss it for him. He likes treats as well but a fun toy is a much better reward for this guy. Tigger is in his new home and he is adjusting well to the retired life.

Ruley has truly blossomed during the short time in her foster home, initially cautious and unsure of all the fuss (was it really over her?) She is now scampering through the house happily tossing stuffies around, and zooming in the back yard with her greyhound pals. She also loves to roach and wiggle on her back. Her first night home she discovered a soft dog bed and now makes sure ALL the dog beds in the house are thoroughly fluffed. She is cat tolerant, only curious enough to sniff the queen of the house once over, before deciding the deep growling coming from the Siamese was probably not a good thing. She very much prefers the company of people, and will choose a dog bed closest to you, over her crate. She sleeps soundly in her crate through the night, but isn't shy about letting you know when it's time to go potty and eat breakfast. She is a real beauty queen to boot, with lovely mascara around her amber eyes, and the cutest little corkscrew tail! I have found my forever home and cannot be happier.
