ADOPTION AGREEMENT: G.R.A.C.E. reserves the right to repossess any greyhound not being cared for properly (i.e. not receiving proper and prompt medical attention; being left for long periods alone; with inadequate shelter; letting a greyhound off lead without the benefit of a fenced yard or safe running area.)  If for any reason you cannot keep a greyhound adopted through G.R.A.C.E. you MUST contact us so we can make arrangements for the greyhound to be picked up or get permission to re-home the greyhound.  You must NEVER place your greyhound in a shelter or pound nor allow your greyhound to be used for research.

By submitting this web form, you are making an agreement with G.R.A.C.E. that the above information is true and complete to the best of your knowledge and that you agree to the terms of the Adoption Agreement statement provided above, and if a greyhound is adopted by you, through our organization, this agreement is considered legal and binding.
