ADOPTION AGREEMENT: G.R.A.C.E. reserves the right to repossess any greyhound not being cared for properly, including but not limited to: not receiving proper and prompt medical attention; being left alone for long periods; without adequate shelter; allowed off lead without the benefit of a fenced yard or fully secured fenced running area.  If for any reason you cannot keep a greyhound adopted through G.R.A.C.E. you are required to return the greyhound to G.R.A.C.E. or obtain permission from G.R.A.C.E. to re-home the greyhound.  Under no circumstances will the greyhound be: sold or given to a pet store, shelter or pound; allowed to be used for research or abandon.

By submitting this form, you are entering into an agreement with G.R.A.C.E. You declare that the above information is true and complete to the best of your knowledge and you agree to the terms of the Adoption Agreement statement stated above. If you adopt a greyhound through our organization, this agreement is considered legal and binding.
